Over 100 participants of the closing conference
The closing conference: Help for families in the community: co-creation of the desired changes to reduce social exclusion and improve health
The closing conference was organised on Thursday 7.4.2016 at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Ljubljana. It saw a turnout of over 100 participants from social work, work therapy, physiotherapy and kinesiology participated.
